Shadow people where do they come from and how do you get rid of them?

Now I have been a skeptic up into this point. Before this I wasn't one to watch those tv shows that have people running after spooks, I thought it was all a bunch of malarkey. Then I started working Security in this mall. Nothing like that movie Night at the Museum so spare me the smart remarks. while working there I would hear noises across the mall at around 1:00 am; like banging or foot steps from high heel or leather soled shoes. No one else was in the mall as I locked it all up and was alone. all the lighting was on a timer an would shut off at 11:30pm. so it was quite dark with limited lighting from random lights inside stores. One night the manager for an optical eyeglass shop was telling me to lock them in that they would be there all night doing Inventory so I locked them in the mall then she locked herself in the store. few hours passed and I heard her screaming out for me. so I ran to let her out. when I let her out she asked me to go back to her shop and turn off the lights and lock it up for her and retrieve her purse. she was very shook up. I left her down stairs, and went up stairs to her shop and it was odd because the lights all turned off on there own as I approached. once I was in there I could see she left the keys in on the counter with her purse so I start walking toward it and hear a chair move to the left of me in the shop so I look. nothing there. Then as I start panning my head back to the purse on the counter out of the corner of my eye I see a 4 foot tall shadow of what I thought was a child in a black hoodie run down the hall of waiting rooms super fast without a sound and then turn into a room with a open door. I grab my flashlight an it didnt turn on so I looked for the wall switch and at I was doing this I seen another shadow run out from under the front desk down the hall to the room in the same manner. Freaked the crap out of me. I found the light switch an turned all the lights on. then I held my light to use it as a batton and went to check out that room. Nothing Just a bunch of Lockers with a computer in a small room. I checked that whole shop and it was clear. I then shut off the lights and locked it up, went back down an gave the store manager her keys and purse. she already was in her car with the engine running at the front off the mall and halled butt when I gave her all her things and didnt say a word. when my shift ended at 8am I was walking out front and she was out there. She said she was waiting for the regional manager to turn in her keys because she was quitting. When I asked why she told me she was in the lab where they make eye glasses and a heavy pice of equipment flew off the counter and hit her in the head from behind when she was not looking. she then woke up in her back, the lights were on and she was three dark shadowy figures standing over her talking. they looked blurry to her with the lights on the ceiling still on over them. she said she thought they were medics there to help her until she heard them say this. "IS SHE DEAD YET? I THINK SO! THEN WHERE DID SHE GO? I DONT KNOW? WHERE IS SHE? I DONT KNOW? I DONT SEE HER ANYWHERE? ARE YOU SHURE SHE'S DEAD? I THINK SO? THEN WHERE IS SHE? LOOK SHE'S ALIVE KILL HER BEFORE SHE GETS UP! QUICK KILL HER" after hearing that she said she jumped up and ran out off the shop and those things threw stuff at her from off the counters in the lab. thats when I came in and found her screaming and running towards the mall exit. has anyone ever heard of this happening before and seen crap like this first hand? how do you get rid of it????????
