New coldwater tank advice with white mountain cloud fish?

Probably a bad batch of fish. However. I wouldn't get anymore minnows. Those need at least 10 gallon tanks with 15-10 being MUCH better. You can't put 6 minnows in a five gallon and they need groups of 6.
