Im going into middle school, but im moving away from my friends!?

I usually wouldnt be so.. timid but my usual confidence is gone. i have no idea what to wear, how to stand up for myself in front of people who's personalities i don't no(i might be too confident in front of sum1 popular =[ ), and i just dont no a thing about middle school! please help
