My cat was scared out of garage at night by a neighbor will she come back its been 2 weeks and i cant find her?

my cat was relocated to a new town.. she was in the house for two weeks and slowly moving outside. she has a pet door to go outside from the garage. i was out of town and a neighbor went into the garage at night with a flash light the cat ran out and now i cant find her...she is very timid .. and scary... any suggestions
