Would you consider a rape victim still a virgin?

i would consider her a rape victim, nothing more, nothing less, she wouldn't be ruined...and yes i would call her a virgin still...why? i think (even if it's wrong) that a virgin is a person who hasn't willingly consented to sex, so rape doesn't count
