Clairaudience and Sleep Paralysis?

I don't really have an answer for you, but the same thing has happened to me many times. I usually see a shadowy figure in the room with me and I am always trying to scream at it to get out of my house because it feels like it is evil or demonic. Super scary stuff when it happens!!
