Am I Haunted? I think there is something trying to communicate with me, something supernatural...?

ok this will be hard to explain..but i think im haunted :( it started when i was at a friends house and she was in the shower..i saw this black figure out of the corner of my eye and then it was gone..i figured my mind was playing tricks on me but the phone rang and it was like a bad line and i could hear whispering, but i figured it was a bad connection. yet later on that day i got calls from a strange number on my cell and it was the same whispering :( then that night i was talking to my friend on the phone and told her about it and my nose started bleeding but it was full on...the basin in the bathroom was half filled with blood..the next week nothing happened, but then one morning i was walking through my apartment and all three tvs we have turned on at the same time...two were just static but the main one was playing dr. phil... then that night i was in bed and as i was falling asleep i felt something crawling on my bed, turned the light on and nothing was there... that happened a few times before i decided to sleep with the light on, but felt lik something was watching me...anyway again nothing happened for a while and im currently away from that area and recently went to my families property where theres no service on your cell phones and i got random texts from a weird number and it just had weird symbols...next morning it was gone...then last night in my sleep in every dream i had a black shadowy figure would appear and possess me, giving me a horrible feeling in my body...then it would walk outside and the building was always the same...it would make me walk to a garage/shed and it would pick up an old phone and quickly dial the same number every time..but before the person answered on the other end of the line i would freak out and i guess "force" the thing out of my body...this happened in every dream i had last night, each time getting more vivid.. AM I HAUNTED???
