What does my dream mean?

I am 18 years old, i keep having this reoccurring dream in which i am driving with my friends who are shown by a shadowy figure, I assume i get into this horrific accident because i end up in a hospital bed, nearly dead, while i have a female, standing next to me crying; explaining to me that she loves me. Once i hear the flat line, i wake up with shivers, cold sweats, and panting.
