Wanting to know if im experiencing paranormal activity or just illusions?

when i was around 5 years old me and my brother woke up around 7am we were in the living room when all of a sudden it got pitch black in the room an raining heavy outside then a bolt of lighting flashed an all we saw was a skeleten man sitten at the table in the corner at the other end of the room he turned his head and waved at me and it got daylight an it went away as if nothing happend my brother was in the room with me when i asked him about it he said he saw it too i dont know if we were just tired from waking up or if the house was actually haunted because more things happend during the months we stayed then just this but im 16 now an it wasnt scary at all when it happend i was just alittle dazed cause it only lasted 3 seconds just enough to know exactly what went on but ever since then things like seeing shadowy figures in my room and house have been happening alot lately but the most frightening encounter was when i was sleeping by myself an i was touched on the chest through the covers and my shirt with a cold hand but i was awake could this mean i have somthing haunting me?
