Is my friends house haunted?

Well my friends house might be haunted because when she goes to the bathroom something stares at her and it watches her go to bed and sometimes she has scratches and red marks on her body her house used to be a trolley station but it blew up and a bunch of people died in the explosion and then theres a kid and woman that sometimes appear but then disappear and then theres a black shadowy figure hes a very evil spirit he controls all of the others it seems and causes all of the marks what can we do?
