How do you know if you're psychic?

I've had a lot of little weird experiences. When I was a kid and some weird events not to long ago. I've had a door open in the middle of the night when I was a kid. (the door I had was old and would get stuck so you literally had to pull and push to the side) I've heard running footsteps when I was home alone with my sister. I've felt something try to grab my leg (day time) it sounded like a jump rope I turned and no one was there. I've heard a women crying in the middle of the night . It sounded like a women& dog all in one. (that was the first and only time) I felt a presence in my car like if someone was behind me and just felt scared. My friend who has the ability to see things he told me he saw a black shadowy figure in the back seat. So I was hanging out with 3 friends one night at one of my friends boyfriends house (I've never been there 'til that night) it was movie night. So we are all watching a movie in the living room and I felt weirded out by the house as soon as I got there. We were watching the movie and from the corner of my eye I saw something in the hall way and every time I would turn it wasn't there but I felt a presence there. My friends had a dog and it wouldn't stop barking it would walk to the hallway and bark. So I told my friend about what I had seen and he told me he felt it too. He then told me that the house had history. Before my friends boyfriend had moved there,there lived a crazy man and that my friends boyfriend had heard the exact crying that I had. I also have the strange coincidences where I'll think about a person, place, song, or word and a few days later something about it pops up. What does this mean?
