Dreaming about a woman in a black dress for 6 years?

I've been dreaming about this woman in a black dress for 6 years. She keeps telling me that she needs me or she hates me. When shes mad she grabs me by the throat or starts scratching me. I also dream about her with some other guy or guys and laughs at me or she dies. 2 days ago I was dreaming about her and the sky was red. Birds were dying. They were falling from the sky. The woman in black came up to me and grabbed my arm and started scratching me. I woke up. I was sweating. Then I felt my arm hurting. When I looked at it. I had cuts that are crosses on my arm. Right next to me was a razor with blood on it. I also hear voices from her I can feel her right next to me. I had a near death experience my friends were helping me and next to my friends was the woman in black and other shadowy figures. The woman in the black dress was a friend in high school. She doesn't like me anymore. I want to be with her but she doesn't want to. I can't talk to her either. When I'm with her I'm calm. The woman in the dream is like her dark self. My friends tell me to forget about her because shes killing me. I don't know what to do?
