Am I schitsofrenic......?

I'm 15 and for for the past couple months I've been hearing noises, and not in my head but they were ordinary noises like things falling and stuff like that, but I always thought it was normal. But about a week ago I woke up to the sound of my mom washing the dishes and it sounded totally clear, I could hear the plates smacking each other and the faucet running. Then the doorbell rang and it sounded like someone turned off the faucet. I opened the door and it was my mom, I found out I'd been home alone for a couple hours. I got a little creaped out but nothing big. Then last Thursday I was up all night finishing an essay, and when I went to get a drink of water at about 2am I opened the lights in the kitchen and saw a shadowy figure, like an outline of something but the outline was almost transparent. That really scared me I backed up into the corner and grabbed a knife and it faded away. Please tell me I'm schitsofrenic... I don't wanna believe in ghosts.
